*Payments using Visa, Mastercard  credit card is accepted.  
*Cancellation notice of 48 hours required to avoid cancellation fees.
*If HCC has to cancel due to weather issues, the deposit will be refunded.
*Prices do not include HST (13%)

Payment:
 *Your deposit, secures your charter date and time. Payment in full is required prior to departure. 
 *Any bookings made within 48 hours of  the departure time will be invoiced for the total charter cost.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
*We will refund your full deposit, less 5% administration fee, if notice of cancellation is received more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure.
 *If cancelling within 48 hours of the scheduled departure, your deposit will be refunded only if another booking can be secured. 
*Only under extreme weather conditions, determined by the Captain, as being unsafe,  will we cancel a charter and your money refunded.
