• 25% deposit is required at time of booking.
• Payments using Visa, Mastercard  or Amex credit card is accepted.
• Cancellation notice prior to one week required to avoid cancellation fees.
• If HCC has to cancel due to weather issues, the deposit will be refunded.

Payment

• Your deposit, secures your charter date and time. Payment in full is required prior to departure.
• Any bookings made within 48 hours of  the departure time will be invoiced for the total charter cost.

​Cancellation & Refund Policy

• We will refund your full deposit, less 25% administration fee, if notice of cancellation is received one week prior to the scheduled departure.
• If cancelling within 48 hours of the scheduled departure, your deposit will be refunded only if another booking can be secured.
• Only under extreme weather conditions, determined by the Captain, as being unsafe,  will we cancel a charter and your money refunded.
