PAYMENT – Excursion & Tours
Full payment is due at time of booking.
CREDIT CARDS
Heritage Coast Charters is not responsible for bank exchange rates/fees on credit card transactions.
CANCELLATION FEES – TOURS
Tour is fully refundable provided written cancellation is received more than 72 hours prior to your tour start time. Tours cancelled less than 72 hours prior to your tour start time are 100% non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Unused services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds will also not be made for cancellation due to inclement weather or illness.
MODIFICATIONS TO PUBLIC TOURS
Heritage Coast Charters reserves the right to make any changes to the tours, including, but not limited to, changes to the tour schedule with or without notice. No compensation will be provided for modifications to any tour.
CANCELLATION BY Heritage Coast Charters
Heritage Coast Charters reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time. In the event of cancellation, our liability will be limited to a full refund of all payments made to Heritage Coast Charters.
TRANSPORTATION DELAYS/CANCELLATIONS
If you are unable to make the start date and or time for any tour purchased from Heritage Coast Charters. Heritage Coast Charters is not responsible for and will not provide any refund. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations and/or delays as a result of weather.
ACT OF GOD/FORCE MAJEURE
Heritage Coast Charters is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury resulting from an Act of God or any other force majeure.
PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITY
Heritage Coast Charters reserves the right to decline to accept any person as a member of a tour or to require any participant to withdraw from a tour at any time when such action is determined to be in the best interests of the health, safety, and general welfare of the tour group or the individual participant. No refunds will be provided. Tour participants may be photographed for promotional purposes and no compensation will be provided.
