• Payments using Bank E-Transfer or credit cards accepted.
• Cancellation notice of one week required to avoid cancellation fees.
• If Heritage Coast Charters has to cancel due to weather issues, the deposit will be refunded.

Payment

• ​Your deposit secures your charter date and time. Payment in full is required one day prior to departure.
• Any bookings made within one week of the departure time will be invoiced for the total charter amount.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• ​We will refund your full deposit, if notice of cancellation is received more than one week prior, to the scheduled departure.
• If cancelling within one week of the scheduled departure, your deposit will be refunded only if another booking can be secured.
• Only under extreme weather conditions, determined by the Captain, as being unsafe, will we cancel a charter and your money refunded.
