Planning Your Cruise With Heritage Coast Charters
Contact us today to plan your charter cruise.
- 25% deposit is required at time of booking
- Payments using Bank E-Transfer or credit cards accepted.
- Cancellation notice of one week required to avoid cancellation fees.
- If Heritage Coast Charters has to cancel due to weather issues, the deposit will be refunded.
Payment
- Your deposit secures your charter date and time. Payment in full is required one day prior to departure.
- Any bookings made within one week of the departure time will be invoiced for the total charter amount.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- We will refund your full deposit, if notice of cancellation is received more than one week prior, to the scheduled departure.
- If cancelling within one week of the scheduled departure, your deposit will be refunded only if another booking can be secured.
- Only under extreme weather conditions, determined by the Captain, as being unsafe, will we cancel a charter and your money refunded.
