Kingston Mills Lock Cruise

A UNESCO World Heritage Site
Kingston Mills is the first Northbound Lock of the 212 km route of the Rideau Canal System to the Capital of Canada, Ottawa. It is the oldest continuously operated canal system in North America dating back to 1834.
Here you will discover a flight of 3 locks and turning basin, a small fort built over 190 years ago. Shady rest and picnic areas, as well as historical displays, are available to you. History, points of interest and relaxation combine to make the Kingston Mills station a great place to visit on the Rideau Canal.
